Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation Service

We provide assessment and evidence-based treatment for dizziness and balance disorders.

The assessment and treatment may consist of a combination of specific eye, head, walking and balance exercises as well as clinical manoeuvres dependent on your condition.

We are a short term service providing care to help people recover and self-manage their condition.

We treat a variety of conditions including:

  • acoustic neuromas (Vestibular Schwannoma)
  • autoimmune ear disorders
  • age-related vestibular loss
  • Bilateral Vestibulopathy (pharmacologically induced)
  • BBPV
  • central disorders (brainstem/cerebellar stroke, demyelination)
  • Mal De Debarquement
  • Meniere's Disease
  • Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)
  • Vestibular Migraine
  • Vestibular Neuritis / Labyrinthitis (Unilateral Vestibulopathy)
  • visually-induced dizziness.

Referrals

Once we have received a referral, we will triage it and and place it on our waiting list.
