Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust (OUH) is working towards being authorised to operate as an NHS Foundation Trust. NHS Foundation Trusts have more freedom to decide how to run their affairs and deliver services.
We aim to be at the core of a world leading, innovative academic health science system, working in partnership locally, nationally and internationally to deliver excellence in compassionate healthcare, education and research.
We plan to do this by means of clinical leadership; staff engagement, wellbeing and development; good governance and assurance; and continuing work to improve outcomes for our patients and value for money for taxpayers and those who commission our services.
As part of our work to become a successful and effective Foundation Trust, we are committed to building a substantial and representative membership. Integrated Business Plan
The Integrated Business Plan sets out the Trust's vision, values and plans for the period to March 2019. It follows a format required as part of our application to operate as an NHS Foundation Trust. It describes the services we provide and our plans for developing them for the future.
