Patient information leaflets

Please note: many of our patient information leaflets still include the former trust names of 'Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust' or 'Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre NHS Trust', from before the merger and the creation of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.

We are in the process of reviewing these leaflets and updating them with the Oxford University Hospitals logo.
