Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers support, information and assistance to patients, relatives and visitors. The PALS staff are available to assist with any queries or concerns you may have about the services offered by Oxford University Hospitals.

We will always try our best to get things right, but sometimes mistakes happen. When they do, it is vitally important to put things right as soon as possible, and to ensure that the same mistakes do not happen again.
