April 2020 - COVID-19 update

If your face to face physiotherapy has been delayed, you can find a list of resources for information and guidance here:

Online Resources for People Living with Pain - The Physiotherapy Pain Association

This is an anxious time for people, especially as their usual strategies may not be available. Keeping as active as possible during this time is useful for your general health, as well as your pain.

Welcome to Optimise

  • Is pain causing you difficulty with everyday activities?
  • Are you struggling to stay at work, or have you lost your job because of pain?
  • Are you concerned about doing certain activities?
  • Does pain interfere with getting on with life?

If the answer to any of the above questions is 'yes', then our service is designed to help you.

The Optimise Pain Rehabilitation Unit offers expert advice and treatment for musculoskeletal and neuropathic-pain which has not responded to other treatments.

Treatment is offered at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford and Horton General Hospital in Banbury.
