Research Drop-in Sessions

The Joint research office offers bi-monthly drop-in sessions for researchers requiring advice and support regarding their research study including guidance on:

  • Sponsorship process
  • Ethics applications
  • Research versus audit/service evaluation
  • IRAS system
  • Regulatory approvals
  • NHS permission (Trust approval)

We can also put you in touch with the relevant contacts for Research Grants, contracts and agreements, BRC, intellectual property, and business development.

The sessions will be informal with no need to book a space - just turn up! Representatives from the NHS R&D and University CTRG Teams will be on hand to help with your queries. We will also have input from a Chair of one of the Oxford Research Ethics Committees.
