Myositis Immunoblot

The Myositis immunoblot is used after specific (often ANA negative) patterns are detected on immunofluorescence, when there is no agreement with ENA ELISA results and upon specific request.

The immuno blot detects IgG antibodies to Mi-2, Ku, PM-Scl 100, PM-Scl-75, Jo-1, SRP, PL-7, PL-12, EJ, OJ and Ro52 in human serum.
